My beloved dog Ella passed away a few hours ago. She was my loyal companion for more than 15 years. I dedicate this breathing session to her. - Find a comfortable & quiet space where you can relax. - Close your eyes and imagine your lungs as a ball – expanding and contracting. - Start this track and drop your jaw. - Inhale and exhale through your mouth. - Just follow my breath and its rhythm. - Repeat as long as you wish (and only as long you feel good). - Don't hold back your tears and sadness. You can cry if you like. - When the music ends, open your eyes. - Life is death. And death is always life.
