This meditation will take you on a journey of creation.

Use it when you feel stuck about a project,

An idea or a goal.

In this meditation,

We use a seated posture.

So please find a sturdy chair to sit on.

One that is less pillowy and more solid.

Something like a kitchen chair.

Let's begin.

Sit in a sturdy chair,

Feet firmly planted on the ground.

Slide yourself away from the back of the chair so that you are sitting more towards the front edge of the chair.

Allow your pelvis to tip slightly forward.

Extend your arms out straight and place your hands on your legs towards the knees.

You may even be able to cup your knees without reaching forward for them.

If not,

Just dome your hands as though you are getting ready to play the piano or like you're resting your hands in a manicure bowl.

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to feel the feet on the floor,

The pelvis tipped slightly forward and the top of the ears tipped slightly back.

Grow your ribs wide on all sides with an inhalation.

And as you exhale,

Push down slightly with the fingers and lift up with the ribs,

Lifting the ribs away from the hips.

Let the chin lift up slightly as though you are lifting your face toward the brightly shining sun.

Press the back of your head backward as though you are resting it in the headrest of your car.

Breathe.

Feel the outer corners of your eyes,

Your mouth,

Your collarbones lifting up and apart in a smile.

Let the breath slow down while the body remains open,

Ribs wide,

Lifting,

Fingers pushing down,

Head pressing back,

Feet firmly on the ground.

This posture not only opens the energy centres for energy to flow,

It also forms a pyramid with the torso and the arms.

A pyramid is the most powerful meditative shape as it directs energy upward and into the universe.

We are going to imagine a forward and backward pattern,

Like a wave along the body,

Moving energy as it ebbs and flows.

With your eyes still closed,

Bring your awareness to your feet and to your toes.

Feel your toes pushing slightly forward as your heels pull slightly back.

Notice your knees going forward,

Your groins and pelvis moving back,

The lower belly bows forward and the back of the ribs bow backwards,

The chin is slightly forward and the top of the ears move back.

Ground down into the feet and lift up through the crown.

Open the body for optimal energy flow.

Breathe and take a moment to feel this ebb and flow of energy forward and back,

Forward and back,

Forward and back,

Forward and back.

Focus now on your project,

Your idea or your goal.

What do you want to manifest?

It's out there waiting for you to call it into manifestation.

Picture a blank white screen in front of you.

What do you want to create?

Name it.

See whatever it is that you want to create surrounded in violet light coming in through the top of your head as an idea,

A concept in your mind's eye.

See it.

Breathe life into it.

Bring your awareness to the center of the eyebrow now and picture the white screen like a white movie screen.

Put an indigo border around the white screen and begin to picture your idea as a set of images,

Like a storyboard or snapshots.

Your project idea or goal is showing itself to you.

See it.

You have a clear picture of what it looks like now,

So you imagine yourself communicating your ideas to others.

Who will you communicate to?

See them in front of you now,

Surrounded by a sky blue bubble.

Is there more than one person that you wish to share your idea with?

Who do you see?

Surround them in a sky blue bubble.

Picture yourself communicating your ideas.

Show gratitude and love to whoever you've communicated your ideas to and begin to see yourself working with this person,

These people.

Surround yourself,

Your workspace,

This person or these people with healing green light.

Feel the green light of love emanating from your heart and filling your workspace as you create together.

Feel your project idea or goal into form as your relationship to it and to those involved begins to bloom.

Breathe deeply into your upper abdomen,

Your lower ribs and imagine the color yellow.

Just like a sunflower wills itself to follow the sun,

You too have the will to get this done.

Feed the color yellow into your upper abdomen and lower ribs.

Now you begin to rehearse your project,

Seeing it,

Picturing it as all the physical elements needed to complete it begin to fall into place with minimal effort,

With ease.

It's all coming together now.

All the physical things you need to get it done are coming together now.

Can you see it?

Breathe deeper now and feel your lower belly rising and falling like the bellows to a flame.

In out in out.

Breathing and breathing in out.

Help your awareness to the bottom of your pelvis,

Down into your hips,

Your legs and your feet.

Hold the image of your completed project idea or goal in your mind's eye as you feel the solid earth below you.

The current of manifesting is felt deeply in the body,

In the bones,

Solid like the earth.

Feel your toes push forward as your heels pull back,

The knees push forward and the groins hollow back.

Root down through the pelvis and upper thighs,

Feeling the dense structure of the chair below you.

As you push down rooting your energy into the earth,

Lift up through the belly.

Feel the rigidity of the earth below you turning into water,

Ebbing and flowing as an energy current.

The ribs float away from the hips.

You begin to feel lighter and lighter.

The energy of fire creating expansion in the lower belly,

The lower ribs,

Up into the airy floaty feeling of the chest and head.

Hear your breath as the vibration of sound and let that energy push up and out the top of your head as the thought that began and that thought has now liberated,

Given back to the universe out there for all to see and experience.

A white light shines out through the top of your head and you smile with your whole body.

Feel your eyes,

Lips,

Collarbones,

Smiling.

See your posture as a pyramid,

Sending this current of manifesting and liberating energy down into the earth as a physical structure and up into the universe as liberating energy.

Stay here for a moment,

Arms out straight,

Posture strong and give thanks for the ideas you have,

For the ability to bring things into form.

Give thanks for all your gifts,

Your talents,

Your love and light that you choose to create and share out into the world.

I am grateful.

I am in love.

I am in light.

Let me create and shine my light into the world.

When you are ready,

Take a long deep breath in through the nose and release out through the mouth.

Let your arms,

Legs and posture relax completely.

Breathe in again.

Exhale through the mouth.

One more time,

Breathing in and out.

Bringing your awareness back to your body,

Lift your heels up and down creating movement.

You can alternate heel lifts one at a time.

Roll out the shoulders one way,

Then roll them the other way.

Inhale the arms up overhead and interlace your fingers,

Placing the palm of the hands on the top of the head.

Press down into your head with your hands as you push up into your hands with your head.

Breathe in and exhale to release the hands,

Sliding them down the head,

The neck and off the shoulders.

Placing your hands on your lap,

Slowly blink your eyes open.

Take a moment to journal your experience if you want to.

Your meditation is now complete.
