Meditation is a way to let the noise settle and see what's inside.
It's about befriending who we already are.
It's about connecting to the body.
Connecting to the mind.
Connecting to our emotions.
Connecting to the people in our lives.
Connecting to the job we have.
Connecting to the interactions we have.
And it's about seeing how we react to all of these things in this now moment.
It's knowing that there is nothing to change or fix.
It's just the opportunity to see clearly with gentleness,
Kindness,
Compassion,
And without judgment or analyzing.
Just being in the now moment.
And now I invite you to take a few moments to connect in to that place of stillness,
Allowing for your body to relax,
Closing your eyes if you choose,
Or focusing on a spot a few feet in front of you.
Just allowing with every inhale,
Saying in your mind,
I bring myself to the present moment,
And with each exhale,
I release any stress,
Tension,
Or energy that is not mine.
Again with each inhale,
I bring myself to the present moment.
With each exhale,
I release any stress,
Tension,
Or energy that is not mine.
Inhaling,
I bring myself to the present moment.
Exhaling,
I release any stress,
Tension,
Or energy that is not mine.
Now just being mindful of any sensations in the body,
The thoughts in your mind.
Just observe.
