Letting everything go.
Any action or holding from your practice that your body may still feel.
Start to let that go.
Coming back to your breath.
Your guide of this present moment of your body.
Notice any feelings of tension or holding to begin to melt away now.
Visualise any resistance sliding off your body like small droplets of sweat.
Integrating with space for joy,
Happiness and love.
Creating space for you.
Take your breath deep down into your body,
Into your organs.
Feel the different layers of your body.
From the surface of your skin to under the skin and in between the organs.
Notice the contact point between the skin and your mat.
Appreciating how your body can embody strength and relaxation.
Feel the rejuvenation of your body after your practice.
Let that energy of rejuvenation to flow through you.
See it glowing inside and outside of you.
While you are focusing on the sensations of your body,
Take note of the joy you are feeling.
Of the wellbeing you are feeling.

Notice how with each inhale you are filling up your body with nourishing oxygen.
Feeling that cool sensation of air move through your body.
And with each exhale letting go of that Notice the space in your body.
The space you created throughout your practice.
Fill that space up with positivity.

Make your body feel full.
Appreciate every corner of your body.
Love every edge of your body.
