The Restoration Series is a four-part elemental series using the grounding, soothing, moving, and invigorating forces of nature to tune your vibration to complete well-being. In this Restoration practice, we use the power of the rock to ground, find stability, and feel peace in the face of changing times. There is a place within you that remains whole, unchanging, complete, and alive in an ever-present peace. Rest(ore) here. Be made new.

Hello and welcome to part one of the Restoration Series.

The series is designed to use the powerful and pure frequencies of nature to realign your energy with the vibrant health and well-being that are natural to the core of you.

Your original blueprint is one of thriving and by releasing any discordant frequencies like stress or worry and relaxing into more aligned states like ease and centeredness,

You allow this natural well-being to gently arise and express.

Today we'll be grounding and stabilizing our energy using the fortifying power of rock.

To get started,

Find somewhere to lay down and if you can,

I would recommend laying on a hard floor that is not carpeted,

Either wood or tile,

Concrete,

Or maybe even somewhere outside.

Lay with your feet a little bit wider than hip distance apart.

Allow your arms to rest a little ways away from your body with your palms facing up.

Close your eyes and breathe.

Be.

Take three deep slow breaths.

In and out.

In and out.

One more breath in.

And exhale with a sigh.

Letting any stress,

Tension,

Thoughts simply melt away,

Dissolving,

Dissipating,

Releasing from you.

Now imagine that you're laying down in a high mountain cave somewhere deep in the wilderness.

The air is cool,

Fresh.

You can feel the hard stone underneath you.

You can hear the water trickling down the walls.

You feel completely safe,

Secure,

Relaxed,

And grounded here.

And as you lay here,

Completely relaxed and at peace,

Feel a heavy stone being placed at the sole of each of your feet,

Just lightly touching against the soles of your feet.

Feel another stone being placed just above your head,

Lightly touching the top of your head.

Feel two smaller rocks being placed in each of your palms,

Grounding you.

Now feel a stone being placed at each of your chakra points,

Your pelvis just below your belly button,

Your solar plexus,

Your heart.

Feel a light pebble being placed on your throat and a smooth river stone being placed over your third eye.

Feel the grounding weight of these rocks resting on and around you.

And simply lay here under the comforting weight of each rock,

Feeling the solidity,

The sureness,

The stillness,

And the unchanging,

Unmoving nature of rock.

Feel the mountain below you,

Steady,

Grounded,

Completely still.

Relax with the immensity of the bedrock,

Feel the strength of it,

The vast magnitude of it,

Unchanging,

Solid.

Breathe in and as you exhale,

Feel yourself melting deeper,

Becoming one with the energy of rock,

Of the mountain.

Feel the complete stillness of the mountain,

The weight of it,

How solid it is,

How whole it is.

The life grows and goes on all around it,

It remains,

Still,

Steady,

Unchanging.

You are still,

Stable.

You are the rock.

Rest here in this feeling.

Surrender to it.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now ever so slowly roll onto your side in the fetal position,

Letting all the rocks fall off your body and onto the ground.

Pause here.

Breathe.

And gently,

At your own pace,

Begin to come into a seated position,

Kneeling or cross-legged.

And as you sit here,

Being,

Breathing,

Begin to feel the rock,

The heaviness,

Pouring in and pouring out of you,

Leaving nothing but you,

Human and alive.

On your next inhale,

Gently breathe in new life,

Feel it pouring in through the crown of your head,

Filling your body and every cell within it,

Softly vitalizing you,

Nourishing you,

Enlightening you and on your exhale surrender any heaviness but let the grounding sensation of inner stillness,

Steadiness and wholeness remain.

With so much love and appreciation for all that you are.

Cup of water.
