Do not listen to this recording while driving or if you are operating machinery.

Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves.

I welcome you to this meditation,

Mindfulness expressed to sleep deeply.

I'm going to ask you to get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Gently direct your attention to your interior.

Observe how your body is in general right now.

Without judging it and without changing anything,

Allow your body to feel whatever it is it's feeling and think what you're thinking.

That's it.

And now,

Notice how your emotions are right now.

What are you feeling?

Your Head spicy.

And I'm going to ask you to allow that emotion to flow.

And feel that emotion for as long as you feel is necessary.

And pay close attention to what you're feeling.

And pay close attention to those feelings.

Continue breathing.

And gently bring your attention to your thoughts.

Watch your thoughts as if they were clouds passing through the sky.

And become aware of your mind.

Is it calm?

Focused?

Or are there a lot of thoughts in your mind that you can't control?

Don't change anything.

Just observe without judging.

And allow them to flow naturally.

Follow the instructions.

Am I the perfect one?

Perfect.

Now gently bring your attention back to your breath and notice how your breath flows and natural and effortless way.

Feel the air entering your body.

And simply stay there.

And relax in that coming and going with each inhalation and each exhalation.

And let this Living Health guide your rest.

You You You You And finally Take three deep breaths And with each deep breath You'll observe how your body relaxes even more And that's it Now you don't have to do anything Simply observe how your body,

Your mind,

And your emotions thank you for taking this time for yourself to rest You may now be experiencing great tranquility,
