So thank you for being here and let's talk about today's topic.
Today's topic is about feeling relaxed and I want to tell you something.
The mind doesn't know the difference between what we imagine and what is real.
We can convince ourselves that anything is real if we imagine it enough,
Right?
So I want you to remember and recall the feeling of being relaxed.
How that feels.
Think about it deeply.
Go through your body with your mind and relax any stressed out muscles,
Anything that feels tight.
Just send relaxing vibes into that muscle just by saying relax.
If your shoulders are tight,
Think to your shoulders.
Shoulders relax.
And it's amazing.
The body will just do it.
You will relax.
You'll notice your body responding to your commands.
It's a pretty cool thing to do.
So get fully relaxed.
Feel yourself being relaxed.
And this is all you need to do really is to just bring back that feeling of being relaxed.
Even imagining feeling relaxed makes your body respond by relaxing.
So today the focus is on being relaxed.
So several times throughout the day,
Remember this lesson,
Come back to it and tell yourself,
Okay relax.
I am relaxed.
Remember how it feels to be relaxed and just,
You know,
20 seconds.
Whatever you have.
But the more you come back to it,
The more your body goes,
Oh yeah this is comfortable.
Oh this is familiar.
Oh I know this.
Okay so that's today.
Today is relaxed.
