Begin by placing your hands on your knees or lap,
With your palms facing up to the ceiling or sky.
This opens you up for receiving the positive energies that are here for your healing and for resetting your mind and body.
Now taking a deep,
Slow breath in,
Filling your lungs.
And exhale,
Closing your eyes if they are not already closed.
And another slow,
Deep inhale.
And exhale,
Allowing your shoulders to drop.
Good.
And inhale slowly,
Filling those lungs once again.
And exhale slowly,
Allowing those shoulders to drop down even further.
And simply allow your breath to find its natural rhythm,
Settling into this spot,
Into this moment.
And I would like you to bring your awareness to the palms of your hands.
And as you inhale,
Feel the energy coming in and through your hands.
Imagine it however it wants to come to you.
May feel like a tingling sensation,
Or you may see it as a white light shining down,
Down into your hands.
There's no right or wrong.
Simply allow it to unfold in whatever way is right for you.
And again,
Slowly inhale,
Breathing in this energy,
Feeling it come into the palms of your hands.
And exhale,
Breathing out a dark,
Wispy smoke.
And inhale through the palms,
Once again feeling that energy rising from the palms of your hands.
And exhale all that is no longer needed with that dark,
Wispy smoke.
Good.
And one last time,
Inhaling through the palms of your hands,
Feeling your lungs,
Feeling this energy coming into your body.
And release.
Inhale,
Letting go.
And just simply let your breathing find its own natural rhythm.
Just become uncomfortable.
And now,
I would like you to bring your hands.
Bring your hands up and place the palms of your hands over your eyes.
Taking another deep breath in,
Feeling this cleansing energy clearing your mind even further.
And slowly exhale.
And inhale,
Clearing and cleansing.
And exhale,
Releasing,
Relaxing,
Just letting go.
And now,
Moving the palms of your hands to the back of your neck.
And with the palms of your hands on the back of your neck,
I would like you to inhale deeply,
As though you are breathing in this healing energy,
Again through the palms of your hands and into your neck.
And exhale,
Slowly and softly.
Again a deep breath in,
Sending this energy into your neck.
And exhale,
Good.
Now slowly moving the palms of your hands down,
Down and placing them over your heart.
Taking another deep breath in,
Feeling this energy relaxing into your heart.
And exhale.
And a slow deep breath in,
Breathing in this healing energy through your hands into your heart.
And exhale.
And one last time,
Breathing in,
Allowing yourself to feel this energy from your heart center.
And exhale,
Dropping your hands and palms back down,
Down to where they were at the beginning of this meditation.
And now you will release any remaining stress in the body by placing your awareness at the bottoms of your feet.
Being aware of how the bottoms of your feet feel.
And in a moment we will press and push out any remaining stress and negative energy out of the bottoms of your feet.
So begin by taking a slow deep breath in through your nose and hold.
And exhale through the mouth,
Pushing,
Pressing any remaining negative energy out the bottoms of your feet.
And again,
Inhale through the nose and hold.
Exhale,
Pressing those energies out the bottoms of your feet.
Good.
And one last time,
Inhale through the nose,
Filling your lungs,
And hold that breath.
And exhale through the mouth,
Pushing,
Pressing that energy out the bottoms of your feet.
And now simply letting go,
Enjoying the feeling and the space that this has created.
And this is for your special audience probably.
And I would like you now to place your palms together and gently rub them together,
Feeling the energy between your hands.
Now placing the palms of your hands back over your eyes and face.
Beginning to come back,
Back into this moment,
Back into this space.
Then moving your hands to the top of your head and down to the sides of your head.
Continuing to come back into this space.
And now placing your hands in the prayer position over your heart.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Feeling wonderful in every way.
And then moving your hands to the bottom of your heart.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Feeling wonderful in every way.
