Take 3 minutes to check-in with your mind, body, and breath. By tapping into curiosity of how you're feeling in the moment, non-judgmentally, you can gather information that your body and mind are sharing with you. Using your breath as a tool to notice, reset, and bring in an energy that serves you to carry forward.

Find a comfortable position wherever you are and invite in a sense of settling in whichever way serves you right now.

Once you're there,

Go ahead and close your eyes or soften your gaze downward and take a moment here to just notice what's present without judgment.

Notice how your breath is.

Notice where it's available to deepen your breath,

To lengthen your breath.

Notice if your mind is bringing you somewhere else other than this present moment.

Acknowledge it and come back to your breath.

And then with your intentional breathing,

Begin to notice what's present in your body.

Maybe you'd like to gently scan through your body from your head all the way down to your toes.

Picking inventory,

Gathering information without judgment or any expectation of how things should be or shouldn't be.

We're just noticing.

And then when you feel like you've gathered enough information,

See where it's available to soften through your body,

Letting your breath in capture a sense of energy you'd like to invite in and letting your breath out send that energy throughout your body.

All the way from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet.

Take three more rounds.

Breathing in your energy,

Breathing out,

Sending it through your body.

And after your third round,

Take one more moment and notice what may or may not feel different.

And then when you're ready,

Coming out of this quick check-in with intention,

Perhaps rubbing your fingertips together,

Fluttering your eyes open and reacquainting yourself with your space around you and carrying on with the rest of your day ahead.
