This is for June 17th,
The beginning of our new week.
Ah,
The card that came out is the Four of Swords.
The Four of Swords is a type of surrender,
Rest,
Recover card.
This whole month so far,
We've been working really hard to summit this mountain,
This idea of this mountain,
If you're with me the last two weeks.
And depending on what's happening in your life,
This may be just a moment where you need to just set everything to the side and rest so that the rest can finish this month.
Or maybe you did complete the thing you were looking at,
In which case it's time to rest.
Now I keep hearing,
I keep hearing this is more an emotional rest,
That there's something happening within your life that's creating a lot of either emotional distress or has the nervous system just too high and it needs to come back down.
So let's make sure,
Let me rephrase that.
It doesn't necessarily mean something bad,
Right?
It can't be.
It could be that there's actually emotional distress happening,
But it could also mean that things have just been so hyped that your nervous system needs to calm down.
And the best way to do that is really truly rest.
And whatever that looks like for you,
If that means binge a show for a day,
If that means take a day off from work,
Maybe get some extra rest,
Get some sleep,
Go get a massage,
Go for a walk outside,
Reconnect with nature,
Whatever it happens to be for you that really allows your whole energy system to calm down.
And I keep seeing this color blue,
This very deep royal blue.
This is the color that we're looking for.
We're trying to resonate with this hum of blue.
There's a deep hum.
Yeah,
That's what we're looking for.
Exactly.
Yes,
You are understanding.
I can feel it already.
You're looking for that.
You're looking for that beautiful heartbeat that makes you feel at home.
Right now,
Our heartbeats are going super,
Super fast.
For whatever's happening in our life,
It's really going fast and we're just slowing it down.
That's it.
Just taking our breath,
Taking a step,
Resting,
Whatever that looks like,
And coming back to center.
So this week,
That's what we're looking for.
Every day,
Try at some point to get back down to that zero,
That baseline where you feel good,
Where you're allowing energy to come back to yourself,
To your soul,
To your energy,
To your body.
Man,
Even as I speak it,
I need to take a deep breath and come back to that zero.
So we shall be doing this together.
