Sarah is a personal Trauma Coach, and works to empower women in transforming suffering into joy. Integrating Buddhist psychology with current psychological science, Sarah offers a unique approach to integrating trauma experience into embodied living. Inspired by her personal history with early childhood trauma and mental health challenges, and driven by her desire to live an authentic, meaningful life, free from shame and medication, Sarah has dedicated her life to supporting the healing journey of others. Sarah has a Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology, where she studied mindfulness based practices to enhance the life experience. She has been coaching and teaching around the world and online for the past two decades and currently resides on the Caribbean island of Bonaire. She is a student of Tibetan Buddhism and deeply inspired by her authentic lineage teachers.
