Sarah Wordsworth

Sarah is a creative soul, poet and author who feels deeply connected to the natural world and its ability to heal and nurture us. She helps people who feel disconnected, anxious and exhausted to find that quiet space within, where the world slows down and nothing feels as urgent or pressured. Through mindful movement practice, journalling, nature-based therapies and poetry, Sarah teaches us that we can all be well, be joyful and be purposeful in our lives. She uses her four pillars of well-being as guiding principles . These being activity, rest, creativity and connection. Sarah likes to combine elements from her four pillars to provide a more holistic approach. She believes in the interconnectedness of everything. By applying these principles to your life, you will notice a shift in your mindset, choosing to listen deeply to your body and your intuition in a way which empowers you and brings back your vital spark. Sarah has developed her own style of Pilates-based movement from her personal experience of autoimmune diseases and from working closely with a psychotherapist on an invitational and reflective style of exercising. From her degree in Marine Biology and Garden Design qualification, her love of plants shines through. Sarah believes passionately that health comes from nature, from being surrounded by it as well as interacting with it.
