Hello and welcome to this meditation.
Make yourself as comfortable as needed.
Start this practice by taking three deep breaths in and with each exhale let it out through your mouth.
Acknowledge this moment for what it is,
A time to be present,
To feel into your body,
To be here and to give yourself the love and affection that you portray to your body and mind by being here.
With each breath remind yourself how a simple act of breathing in and out can show passion,
Love and affection to yourself.
Realize how important this is for your existence,
How you can portray this important message to the others in this world as well.
With every breath you take you impact your surroundings,
You fill a room and you make a difference.
We are coexisting with others not only physically but mentally and spiritually by being yourself,
Expressing your excitement and love for your passions,
Showing yourself vulnerable and honest,
Holding that space of yourself in an authentic way is your most important mission in life.
Feel your body expanding with your inhale and how your lungs and ribcage are contracting with the exhale.
Notice the power you hold within by a simple act of breathing.
Continue taking these conscious breaths in and out through your nose.
This message,
This meaning of this meditation is simply to know that you have a responsibility to shine your own light,
To be your truest version for it will guide others to do the same.
I will now invite this as a mantra.
I have a responsibility to shine my light,

Take a moment to just sit with this statement,
Feeling it inside of your body,
Inside of your mind and spiritually.
Embracing whatever feelings,
Emotions or bodily expression it might have.
Allow thoughts to enter but remind yourself that you are the observer.
You are looking from a distance,
Not feeling the need to cling on to one thought or another.
Look from a distance and be in peace.
A few affirmations that I will read out loud for you.

Acknowledge any sounds around you.
Come back and center yourself into your body.
Perhaps you want to take some thoughtful deep breaths.

Blink your eyes open and take a few seconds in stillness before you move on with your day.
