Welcome to this moment spent with yourself.
Start this practice by serving your body with ease,
Meaning get into a comfortable position,
Whether that's sitting up or laying down.
Take a moment to spend with your breath.
Follow the journey,
How it travels in through your nose,
Down through your throat,
All the way to the base of your lungs,
Then gently returns up and out,
And out,
Gently,
Softly.
Find your base where your lungs end,
Staying with any and every sensation without changing.
Show your mind the path to acceptance by being and not constantly changing or adjusting.
Soften your forehead,
Soften your eyes,
Soften the crown of your head.
Now soften all at once.
Bring your attention down to your jaw,
Your jawline.
Can you gently let go of the tension held?
Can you create space?
Maybe physically doing so by letting there be a gap between the teeth.
Let go of the tension,
Let go of the tension,
Let go of the tension,
Let go of the tension.
Let go of the tension,
Let go of the tension,
Let go of the tension,
Let go of the tension.
And stop at the top,
Preserving your power at the top of your lungs,
Letting it all go,
Giving in.
You are physically showing your body it's okay,
It's okay to accept,
It's okay to not serve the body with more strain.
And foremost,
It's okay to return to this exact moment and let that be all.
Notice the delicate rise and fall of your chest and stomach as your body gets nourished by every breath.
Place your attention and let your mind join the ride of the breath.
Some moments of silence ahead.
As you take your next inhale,
Allow for the shoulder blades and the full back to expand,
To feel the space.
Soft intention to receive a soft body.
Be kind to yourself.
Loosen the grip of your hips.
Can you let them rest?
Let them have their well-deserved recovery.
Each breath,
Letting go deeper of whatever you are holding.
Draw your gaze inwards.
Notice the inner landscape of your mind.
Is it overwhelming?
Don't judge it.
Become friends with it.
Become understanding in order to help it and to guide it.
Just observing what is going on so that you can understand how to help.
Be present with your inner dialogue.
Give it the deep nourishment that presence creates.
Relieve it from pressure,
From performance,
And sit together in harmony,
In unconditional love.
Let go.
Return to your breath to steer it in a direction that feels natural.
If the inner you stresses your vessel and return to that understanding of your interconnection.
Continuously reminding your mental and spiritual being of the deep power and harmony.
The harmony and power that rests within the unspoken language that you and your vessel speak together.
Let the inherent knowledge of your physical being be a part of your healing,
Of your conscious experience and become friends all over again with your inner dialogue.
Resting,
Relieving and letting go.
All at once.
You are here.
You are communicating all that you need.
Take the time to listen.
Resting in the quiet space.
And if you need to,
Coming back to the ever-pouring love from your heart.
Your deep compassion and your intelligent intuition.
Soft,
Gentle and understanding.
That is you and your whole being.
Thank you for sharing this very special moment with me.
Showing up not only for your body or your mind but for both and for what's beyond that connection.
Slowly return to what's hiding beyond your eyes and your physical body in your own time.
And when you open your eyes,
Rest your focus on the awareness you've created and on all that is around you.
You are loved and your presence is felt.
Namaste.
