Begin to feel the coolness of the air that enters in through your nose and the sensation of release upon its exit.

Feel the breath enter into the lungs,
Massaging them from the inside.
Feel your face start to relax,
Relaxing the forehead,
Relaxing the jaw,
And slightly parting the lips.
Feel your breath restore you as you inhale and liberate you as you exhale,
Bringing in nourishment and hope,
Releasing all strain and all suffering.
