Explore MeditationSneha is an Indo-Canadian certified yoga and meditation instructor. She has been meditating using Insight Timer since she was a teenager. She also brings lived experience to her practice as a queer immigrant with mental illness. Sneha is passionate about honouring yogic traditions and philosophy in her guided meditations and talks. Sneha specializes in visualization meditations, gratitude meditations, yoga nidra, pranayama instruction, and talks on yogic philosophy and lifestyle. Sneha has a Spotify podcast where she first started posting guided meditations called Find Your Shanti. She also has experience teaching customized hatha yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation both in person and online. When she isn't recording guided meditations, Sneha enjoys writing and performing poetry, spending time in nature, playing with cats, eating soulfully, and building community with like-minded people.
