Explore MeditationJolene is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher in Minnesota. She found meditation after being diagnosed with a form of Dysautonomia called POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). Jolene used meditation as a way to cope with her illness, and soon started a meditation group in her own community.
