Meditation Timer OnlineSimon Allaway is a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. In his free time he is a marathon runner and a year-round open water swimmer. He also practices mindful movement through Contact Improvisation dance. He has been using mindfulness and other related tools such as breath-work for many years now to overcome various life challenges, to gain mental resilience and to thrive. Simon splits his time between The Cotswolds in England and Athens, Greece.
