Do you want to get rid of childhood traumas or pain that you've been carrying around for so many years now?

Today's meditation is going to help you to do exactly that.

Hi,

I'm Sita.

I'm an energy healer,

A mindfulness and meditation coach,

A life coach,

And I also coach parents on how to teach their children money management.

Just centre yourself,

Breathe in and out.

Continue breathing and I want you to imagine a beautiful,

Strong,

Bright beam of light going from the centre of your body down your legs into the earth.

That beam of light is grounding you.

It's centring you,

It's stabilising you.

And then I want you to imagine another beam of bright,

White light from the centre of your body shooting up through your body,

Out of your head,

Out of the crown of your head,

All the way into the sky,

Connecting you to the universe,

To God,

To Source,

To your personal soul star.

And now keep breathing and I want you to imagine those two beams of light meeting in the centre of your body and from there they're radiating out all the way,

360 degrees around your body,

At about a distance of your arm's length.

They're creating a bubble,

A bubble of light.

And that bubble is your protection shield.

This is your safe space that nobody and nothing can enter unless you give it permission.

So you're in the centre of this glowing bubble of light,

Connected to the earth and connected to the skies.

And whatever happens today,

I want you to know that you're safe in this bubble.

This bubble is keeping you safe,

Protected.

And now I want you to imagine that you're standing at the top of a staircase,

Looking down the staircase.

And we're going to walk down that staircase and with every step you take,

You're going to relax a little bit more.

So keep breathing and every breath you take,

You take one step of that staircase.

Breathe in,

One and out.

And another step and out.

And another step and you're relaxing more and more.

You're going deeper and deeper.

Take another step.

And out.

You're going deeper and deeper and deeper.

Keep going.

Keep breathing.

And take another step.

And another one.

You're totally relaxed now.

And when you get to the bottom of the staircase,

You notice that there's a corridor going to the left and to the right.

One side goes down your past into your past and the other side goes into your future.

And you know which is which.

It's different for everyone.

Don't overthink it.

You just know it.

Your first reaction is the right one.

And now I want you to go into the direction of your past.

So turn into the direction left or right,

Wherever your past is and start walking.

And as you're walking down that corridor,

You're feeling super relaxed.

You're safe.

You're happy.

And you're just enjoying the walk down that corridor.

And as you're walking,

You notice that there's doors on the right and on the left of that corridor.

But the first doors don't really interest you.

So you keep walking.

And as you come further down the corridor,

You suddenly realize that there's numbers on the doors.

Every door has a number and they're counting backwards,

Down.

You see a 20.

You see an 18.

You see a 12.

And then you get to the last section of the corridor and there's 10 more doors,

Five to the right,

Five to the left.

And there's actually another door at the end of the corridor just in front of you.

That door would take you to a place which is before you were born.

It would take you to the life before you were born on this planet.

And we're not going there today but this is a very good place to go to if you want to heal wounds with your parents,

For example.

And if you're interested,

We'll go there another day.

But for now,

We're just focusing on the five doors to the right and the five doors to the left.

And they go down from 10 to one.

And what I'd like you to do is to go down that corridor and look at those 10 doors and go to the door that's calling you.

And you'll know.

Don't overthink it.

Your intuition knows and your soul knows exactly where you need to go today.

Very good.

Are you standing in front of that door?

Okay.

Now,

In a minute,

We're going to go into that room.

Each of you is going to go into the room through the door that you chose.

And when you go in there,

I want you to know that whatever you see in there is just a story.

It's a story in your subconscious.

It's not the truth.

It's not reality.

It's a story.

You are safe in your bubble of light and you have power and the strength to go into that story and watch that story.

Are you ready?

So open that door and step into that room.

And as you step into that room,

You see yourself as a child at the age that you chose.

And you watch yourself at an event or in a situation that hurt you when you were small.

And I'd like you to just stand at the edge of the room and watch.

And remember,

This is just a story.

It doesn't hurt you anymore.

It can't hurt you anymore.

It's just a story.

But let it unfold the way you remember it,

The way your subconscious remembers it.

And just watch it and allow it.

And this might be painful.

And if you really can't stand it,

Leave the room.

But if you can,

Keep watching.

Very good.

I'll give you a moment to watch.

This is not easy,

I'm sure.

But it will help you heal.

And don't interfere.

Maybe you want to protect that little child,

But don't do it yet.

We're going to heal it in a second.

Okay.

We're going to freeze that story now.

You might have been seeing like a movie or a picture or something.

Just freeze it.

Freeze it.

Stop it.

And now I'd like you to take that little child by the hand,

Open the door and go outside into the corridor with that child.

Close the door.

And now I'd like you to look into the beautiful face of that beautiful child.

And I want you to ask the child,

What do you need to make this better?

What would the story be that would be healing and healthy for you?

How can we change the story to make it a good one?

And I want you to listen to the child.

It might tell you or you might just know it.

Just imagine how the story could have been in order to not hurt you.

Very good.

And now I want you to take that child by the hand again and walk back into that room.

Go back into the room.

Close the door.

Allow that child to go back into the story.

But this time your child is the most talented,

Gifted actor.

And it's going to replay the story in the new version.

It's going to change the story to make it positive,

Healing and healthy.

And you just watch because your child is super capable of doing this.

You've given it the power and the strength to rewrite the story.

I'll give you a minute to do that.

You're doing really well.

And remember,

If somebody has hurt you very,

Very badly,

You don't need to forgive that person.

It would be good if you could,

But you don't have to.

All you need to do is forgive yourself and let go.

Rewrite the story.

There's no excuse for the other person hurting you.

But all you need to do is heal yourself.

And you can simply do that by rewriting the story.

It's just a story.

Make it a good one.

Very good.

If that rewritten story comes to an end,

And it's a happy end this time,

I'd like you to leave the room.

And before you leave the room,

Just have a look at that child and give it a smile.

And you're probably going to see that it's going to smile back at you.

And it's happy again.

So give it a wave.

You can always come back and visit it anytime you want and leave that room.

Close the door.

And start walking back towards the staircase.

You've done an amazing job.

You've changed one negative story into a positive one.

And you can do this with any story in your past.

This corridor is always here for you and you can always go back.

You can enter any room you like and rewrite your stories.

And as you're walking back towards the staircase,

Your steps are even lighter than before.

You feel even happier than before.

You just you feel like you've a weight has fallen off your shoulders.

You feel like skipping or dancing.

You feel like you're going to be in a good mood.

You feel like you're going to be in a good mood.

You feel like you're going to be in a good mood.

And then you get to the bottom of the staircase and you look up and you see bright sunlight waiting for you at the top of the staircase.

So start taking a step up.

And every step you take brings you closer to your consciousness again.

Closer to now.

You feel lighter and lighter the higher you get.

You feel happy and relieved the higher you get.

There's only a few more steps left.

So now you start feeling your body again.

You start hearing sounds around you again.

And when you get to the bottom of the staircase you're absolutely happy,

Refreshed,

Full of energy.

Feeling better than before.

Feeling lighter than before.

And whenever you're ready you can open your eyes again.
