I'm Reb Skip and today's guided meditation is here to support your travel experience.
This meditation is designed to support you while you're traveling,
Whether you're on a plane,
In a car,
Or moving through any journey that feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
It offers breath work,
Groundedness,
And the reassurance to help you to calm fear,
Ease the body,
And bring you to a sense of safety right where you are.
As you listen and practice,
I invite you to allow yourself to relax,
Trust the journey,
And open yourself up to infinite possibilities that await you.
So if you're ready,
Let's begin.
I invite you to simply begin to close your eyes unless you're operating a car or a vehicle.
And if you choose,
You can simply lower your gaze towards your heart.
It brings you to an internal experience.
Just feel comfortable just by taking a few breaths.
And as you breathe in,
And as you exhale,
Give yourself permission to be here and now.
Begin to notice where you are.
Are you on a plane,
In a car,
On a train,
Or a bus?
You're exactly where you are meant to be.
And if you're able to,
Place your right hand onto your heart and the left hand onto your belly.
Continue to take slow breaths through the nose.
Feel the chest rise and the belly expand,
And gently exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Just breathe slowly and release any sense of fear,
Doubt,
Or worry.
And one more time,
Inhale peace,
Exhale any tension or discomfort.
Allow your breath to become a natural way of relaxing.
Just continue to follow your breath.
There is nothing you need to force,
Nothing you need to fix.
Allow yourself just to be here and now.
Right now,
You are safe.
Right now,
You are supported.
Right now,
You are being held in the arms of the universe.
If there's any fear present,
Welcome it with kindness.
If there's any discomfort,
Meet it with compassion.
If there's any uncertainty,
Surround it with love.
And you can say silently to yourself,
I am safe where I am.
I am supported in this moment.
I am guided in this journey.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body.
Feel the steadiness of your breath.
Feel the gentle rhythm of movement carrying you forward.
You're being transported.
You're being guided.
You're being loved.
Now imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing within your heart.
This light is calm.
This light is love.
This light is peace.
With every breath in,
The light grows brighter.
With every breath out,
This light expands gently around your body.
Feel this light wrapping around your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your feet.
You are surrounded by your own divine protection.
Continue to follow your breath.
Now allow this light to gently radiate outward.
Let it flow into the space around you.
Into the airplane,
The car,
The train,
The bus.
Allow this love,
Light,
And compassion to easily flow through and as you.
Affirm to yourself,
I offer peace in this space.
I offer love in this community.
I offer calm to every soul traveling with me.
Continue to allow this radiating light to flow through and as you.
Allow your energy to be enough.
Allow to fill the space that you're in.
You are the light and where you are,
Light is present.
Now bring your awareness forward.
Not in fear,
But in curiosity.
Imagine the infinite possibilities of this journey.
The new experiences,
New memories,
New connections,
New opportunities.
See yourself arriving with ease.
See yourself being welcomed.
See yourself open to joy.
Imagine this is the most incredible journey ever.
Continue to breathe.
Whether this trip brings you rest,
Reunion,
Discovery,
Love,
Or purpose.
Know that spirit has already prepared the way.
Simply say to yourself,
I am called by spirit.
My destination is sacred.
I arrive ready to give and to receive love.
Now bring gentle awareness to any financial worries,
Costs,
Or concerns.
Say to yourself,
There is enough.
I am supported.
My needs are met with grace.
Continue to relax and feel the release in your shoulders,
In your jaw,
In your belly.
Give yourself permission to relax.
Give yourself permission to enjoy.
Give yourself permission to trust.
Continue to follow your breath.
And simply repeat to yourself,
I am safe.
I am guided.
I am loved.
I am the light.
And as you're turning,
Both the travel and the destination is a part of your sacred unfolding.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to remember.
Continue to trust.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to simply open up your eyes.
Wiggle your fingers a little bit.
Wiggle your toes.
And look around the space that you're in.
Speak words of gratitude for this opportunity for you to travel.
