Starting with a breath deep in the belly and a settling in the shoulders and the face and the heart and the mind.

Allowing things to just be as they are.

With every inhale,

Feel a gentle smile starting deep in the belly,

Turning upwards as it cradles the abdomen.

A smile in the heart that softens around the edges towards the ribcage.

And allow that smile to float up onto the face,

Gently across the cheeks and a softening across the brow,

Welcoming everything just as it is.

Allowing a sense of delight,

Wonder,

And awe for all things.

Opening to a sense of curiosity,

Allowing wisdom and heartfelt sense of compassion to combine to set you free.

Free from judgment,

Free from our conditioned thoughts and habits.

And instead to step into life with a smile.
