So this is day two,
Being at home with myself meditation and begin by setting yourself a space where you won't be disturbed and I invite you to either stand or sit in a comfortable position,
Relaxed and comfortable,
Taking a deep breath in and we'll begin by breathing with the aha breath,
Breathing in through your mouth with an aha into your heart and exhaling with a ha,
Breathing in with an aha through your mouth into your heart and exhale with a ha.
Okay breathing with your mouth into your heart with an aha and exhale with a ha.
We'll do this three times,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in,
Breathing out and one last time breathing in and breathing out,
Beautiful.
Now we'll begin a different breath,
You're going to breathe in through your nose to all the way from your root all the way up to the top of your head and you're going to release your breath through your mouth with a shh and when you release your breath through your mouth with that sound,
You're going to ground your roots all the way to the heart of the earth.
So visualize your roots from the sole of your feet,
From the end of your spine and allow that energy to root you all the way to the heart of the earth and we're going to do a cycle of three breaths and let's begin breathing in through your nose from your root all the way up to the top of your head and release with a shh through your mouth anchoring and grounding you all the way down through your body,
Through your spine,
Through your legs,
Through the sole of your feet all the way down to the heart of the earth.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
This is the last one,
Breathe out,
Beautiful and now place both hands on your heart and breathe normally.
We'll begin to call all aspects of your being that had been lost,
Disowned,
Disregarded along the way now and you can do this with your inner voice or spoken out loud.
Visualize this voice coming out from your heart as white light and the light is calling the aspects back and as you stand in your heart,
From your heart call yourself back,
The wholeness of who you are and as you feel these aspects returning,
Let them return all as a ball of white energy in front of you.
As these aspects of you return,
The ball of light becomes stronger in light and so when you feel there is no more parts of you out in the world,
Then bring them back into your heart and you'll do this by letting the energy settle into your heart and be fully integrated so the ball that you had in front of you will begin to integrate through your heart.
Give yourself the time that you need until the process is complete.
This energy has been lost sometimes for years and sometimes lifetime so give it the space it needs to be fully at home,
Returned home,
Welcomed and received.
You might feel emotional so give space to all your emotions and this is important.
Just let it all rest back in your heart.
Your heart is big and it can hold it all.
It can hold the abundance,
The life,
The radiance that you are.
You are larger than this body so know that you are able to hold it all because there's actually no action in holding,
There's no need to hold,
You simply are.
So return to this space of beingness.
So acknowledging the beautiful reunion of love,
Giving yourself back home to yourself.
So now we'll begin part two of this meditation.
Feeling the space within your body,
The awareness that is you.
Connect with that focus,
That awareness and ask that awareness,
The observer to turn around 180 degrees,
Looking into yourself.
Feel when that 180 degrees is fully complete.
Notice what happens.
Notice any physical sensations,
Any emotional sensations,
Any mental,
Psychic sensations,
Any spiritual sensations.
Let your inner being,
This awareness,
This presence stay there looking at you.
And when you are ready,
Feel the embrace between you and you.
Feel your heart merge within yourself fully and completely.
You are whole,
You are complete.
You are enough.
You are finally whole with yourself.
You have welcomed yourself home at last fully and completely.
Take the time you need to feel this.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and know you can come back to this exercise every time you feel you have left your body or you have placed your attention outside yourself.
And I invite you now to write a letter to your heart,
To all those aspects that are now fully integrated within you.
Write a welcoming letter to the wholeness of who you are as a declaration for the love that you are,
The love that you are open to receive because you are giving to yourself.
Welcome to journal.
Without thinking,
Just continue and allow the flow to flow through you,
Through your hand until you feel that you are done and complete.
So you are writing a declaration to yourself,
To the wholeness of who you are,
To this act of self-love,
Of returning home to yourself,
To your life,
You.
