This meditation invites you to drop out of the busy thinking mind and reconnect with the stillness of your heart space. You’ll be guided gently inward with soothing imagery to help you to simply be. It’s a chance to come home to yourself, to the peace that’s always been there underneath the noise and chaos of the outside world.

Alright,

Just begin by settling in,

Finding that comfortable position,

Seated,

Feet on the floor,

And allow yourself to arrive here,

Fully,

There's nothing to do,

Nowhere else to be,

This moment is just for you,

And you take a nice,

Easy breath in through the nose,

And with a sigh,

Let it out through your mouth,

And let's do that again,

Breathing in,

And gently let it go,

And as you do,

Just allow your shoulders to drop,

Allow your jaw to relax,

Allow your body to soften just a little bit more with each breath in,

And each breath out,

And now you begin to turn inwards,

To focus on the center of your chest,

Right there behind your breast bone,

This is your heart space,

Not just your physical heart,

But the infinite space within,

The doorway to your stillness,

Your truth,

Your peace,

And you take a nice deep breath in,

Feeling your chest expand,

And as you exhale,

Imagine that you're sinking inwards,

Like you're stepping into the soft,

Glowing chamber of light and warmth,

That's right in the center of your chest,

You don't need to do anything,

Just awareness,

Just presence,

And your mind might be wondering,

And that's completely okay,

We're not going to be fighting the thoughts,

We're just choosing to not follow them,

Just allow them to float by,

Perhaps like clouds in the sky,

As you focus back to your heart,

Feeling into the inner space,

It might feel warm,

Or wide,

It might feel quiet,

Or maybe it just feels like you,

Whatever is there,

Just let it be,

Perhaps you don't feel,

You see or imagine,

Perhaps you're hearing,

Or perhaps there's a knowingness,

Or perhaps nothing at all,

And that is okay,

This heart space is timeless,

It's fast,

It holds all of you,

Your joy,

Your sadness,

Your longing,

Your power,

And it does so with love,

With compassion,

With stillness,

And as you breathe,

Just allow yourself to be here,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to figure out,

Just being in the infinite space of your heart,

Just noticing your breath again,

Feeling the rising and falling in the chest,

And perhaps the expansion and relaxation of your belly,

Feel your body,

Where it's touching your chair,

Or noticing your feet on the floor,

Feel the space around you,

Knowing that you can return to this place at any time,

And when you're ready,

In your own time,

Take a deep breath in,

Small movements to the fingers,

The toes,

A gentle stretch,

And whenever you're ready,

Softly open your eyes,

Take your time,

There's no rush,
