This is a long sound bath, just over 50 minutes, starting with a guided visualisation that invites you to connect with a sense of inner radiance, connection and deep rest before bathing in the sound from five Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. Charlotte invites you to return to waking awareness with a lullaby of Kochi Chimes, Voice, Crystal Pyramid and verbal cues. We recommend you use your best headphones or sound system and get super comfy and warm before diving in.

So starting to bring your awareness to your breath.

And maybe if it's possible for you breathing through the nose.

And seeing how the body is wanting to breathe at first,

Just observing the rate,

The nature,

The texture of your breath.

Noticing if your inhale is longer than your exhale or vice versa.

If there's any way you're holding your breath.

And this is just with a sense of observation,

There's no right or wrong.

Just a meeting your body where it is right now.

And just noticing if you're bringing your breath mostly into your chest.

If you can sense the belly expanding with the breath.

And just inviting a soft belly.

And allowing to relax into the lower body.

And with every breath knowing that you're bringing in so many of the nutrients that your body needs.

So many of the minerals that are contained within the air.

The vital oxygen.

This is also where you're receiving the mystery into your body.

The life force or latispa as Clarissa Pinca Estes would refer to it.

Your chi,

Your prana in different Eastern traditions.

The vitalising energy of life.

And with every inhale you're drawing this into your body and with every exhale you can be sending this wherever you want in your body.

So inviting you to maybe imagine this as light,

Maybe with some colour and texture.

Really personal to you.

With every inhale drawing more of this into your body.

And with every exhale just allowing that to travel deep into the belly,

The pelvis,

Into the heart,

The throat.

The occiput which is that soft part of the head just below the skull.

Just before it meets the neck.

Really breathing into this space which is known as the well of dreams.

The sense of allowing this to become really soft,

Mellow,

Expansive,

Also known as the jade pillow.

It's an amazing,

Amazing part of the body.

The physical body and the energetic body.

And then just sensing into anywhere that you would like to send this energy,

This life force,

This nourishment.

Maybe all the way to the ankles.

Maybe deep inside the brain.

Anywhere.

Just following your own intuition.

And now with every inhale just imagining you're drawing in this light and colour.

It's maybe got a point of focus in the solar plexus,

The middle of your body.

Just allowing this to become stronger and stronger and radiate outwards.

So with every breath it's as though there's an orb of light.

Noticing again the specific colour and shape unique to you.

Allowing this to grow.

Maybe it's not spherical for you,

Maybe it's more ovoid or geometrical.

Allowing this to expand.

Becoming larger than the body,

Expanding beyond the head,

Beyond the feet.

And sensing yourself surrounded in this cocoon of sorts.

Really allowing it to become larger than life.

And see if you can come into a sense of finding the edges of you.

The magnetic field we have around our bodies usually goes from somewhere around a metre and a half to two metres out from our body.

From every direction.

So maybe taking it to this edge of yourself.

Really sensing the edges of this container of light in your awareness.

And then relaxing into that.

Really letting yourself take up that space.

Maybe with a couple of big sighs.

And a sense of becoming really heavy in the back of your body.

And just knowing that you are protected,

You are loved,

You are safe,

You are held in this container of light that's by you and for you.

And if you wish,

You can maybe drop anchor,

Maybe like the anchor of a boat or the roots of a tree.

Just with a sense of dropping down,

Down,

Down.

Through whatever surface you're lying on,

Through the foundations of the building you're in.

Down into the earth.

Deep,

Deep,

Deep into the earth.

You'll be able to sense when you've landed.

When you've found your anchor point.

Something in you can just relax a little more.

Knowing that you're held even more deeply.

And an invitation to allow yourself to open to the sky above.

So it's as though a thread of light can come from the top of the body,

Maybe out from the heart or the head,

Up towards the sky.

Starting as a thread and opening into a canopy or a web.

This sense that part of you can travel all the way to the edges of the cosmos and dance with the stars.

And maybe from this perspective,

You can look down upon yourself.

Happy,

Safe,

Restful in your container of light.

And it's as though you can bless yourself with your own intentions.

Maybe a sense of blowing a kiss to land on your forehead or in your heart.

And this is like maybe a magical drop of food colouring or the sparkle from a fairy godmother that can infuse that container of light all around you with the distinct flavour and frequency of your intention.

And just letting go of any visualisation that you're having.

And allowing yourself to travel wherever you would like.

Maybe within,

Maybe without.

And know that the next time you hear me speaking will be to rouse you from this twist.

Slowly just starting to bring your awareness back to the breath and in your mind's eye returning to that canopy high,

High above twinkling and sparkling this perspective of utter care for yourself holding yourself in your awareness with tenderness and the whisper of a breeze starts to sweep this canopy of stars a little like a whirlwind this canopy of bright sparkling light being swept towards the body,

Back down you can start sensing with your inhale that you're drawing all of this refreshed,

Revitalised light and life into yourself as well as this eagle-eyed perspective of care and love for yourself that's unswayed by any of the day's events or anything that anyone might say or do or not impervious to your emotional state that just always is holding this care this attentive holding of yourself and a couple more breaths,

Feeling the last of this light being drawn into the body so you can seal that closed,

That portal and maybe travelling down if you anchored deep in the earth to where you found your roots or your anchor landing and just noticing here if there's a gift waiting for you maybe a sensation,

Might be an object,

Might be something that makes no sense at all just allowing yourself to sense or see,

Smell or hear what this gift might be giving thanks for this sense of rooted safety as you start to travel back towards your body knowing that you can keep this connection to the earth,

To your grounded sense of stability all the time and just coming back to that cocoon of light,

Completely contained,

Completely held and now with every exhale it's as though this cocoon is drawing closer to your body with every inhale maybe it's shimmering and sparkling and just allow this to be your perimeter,

The edge where you end and the world begins and if you want to keep that at a slightly safe distance,

Slightly beyond the edges of your physical self just allow it to come to rest wherever feels good for you the way you want your space to end and the rest of the world to begin in a way that you can just have a sense of relaxation of I'm able to take up space,

This is my safe space this is me,

This is the untouchable and see how that feels in your heart,

In your belly and feel how that is to your toes and your fingers maybe starting to bring some movement into these parts of your body,

Maybe allowing a big stretch through each side maybe a big yawn maybe wrapping your arms around the front of your body,

That the hands can come to rest on the shoulder blades giving yourself a big hug holding yourself as long as you feel to in this space,

Knowing that this just starts a physiological release of oxytocin a hormone that really stimulates that sense of love and connection,

Of safety,

Of sort of a yumminess maybe rocking yourself gently,

Maybe rolling onto your side,

Maybe drawing the knees into the body and rolling onto your side,

If that's more comfortable,

Whatever feels good,

Really listening to what your body would like right now finding a way to honour that you you
