Spiros Giannatos

After a long career in the IT field, as a Software Engineer and team manager, Spiros began to feel that this path no longer completes him - as if something had been lost. The combination of the lack of meaning and the birth of his first child motivated him to change the wind in his sails and focus on humans. Now, he works with people who feel stuck in their lives, emotionally and mentally, perhaps because of their daily life or their comfort zone. Whatever the obstacle is though, he helps his clients (through a combination of coaching and mindfulness) to understand what is the deeper challenge they are facing, to see the possibilities and then he guides them on their journey to a fulfilled, to an authentic life. His strong characteristics are: - His active listening - he won't just hear you, he'll understand you. - His thirst for learning - he's interested in topics from psychology and personal development to physics and artificial intelligence. - His two children - from whom he gets the strength to develop himself.

This brief message was packed with many layers to go back and do some extra reflection. I want to thank you for acknowledging that we don’t have to have just one purpose, is that have put a lot of pressure and worry trying to find that one thing. I am left with so much greater clarity today.

Good reminder to journal. I’d recommend for those who are too tired to do it at night to try in the morning and more so because it sets your day — resets your attitude. I would also suggest that readers consider setting moments periodically like the first 7th the month starting a new quarter to like again at the “random” journal and entry. You will be amazed at your progress, growth, what you were dealing with which in addition to the gratitude will give you strength to be kinder to yourself and others. Give a whirl but keep at for a while — you will be amazed. That goes for Men as for Women.

Beautiful put. Reflection on a day and looking back on a day of things to be grateful for is something so important. Gratitude is true appreciation of all things. Thank you for sharing. Namaste
