And let's relax the facial features and all the muscles of the body.

Just let yourself release those shoulders,

Letting go of any tension.

Separate yourself from everybody,

From everything,

And let's just take a moment to drift into a space of quiet,

A space of calm,

A space where we can truly let ourselves do something for ourself.
