This is a 30-minute meditation that allows you to clean your personal space.

Everything in your reality is a reflection of your day-to-day life.

Your life is a constant mirror of what you are experiencing.

Having a clean space with order allows order in your entire life.

I like to clean in the morning,

But you can listen to this at whatever time you like to clean.

Start by taking a deep breath.

Just breathe.

Decide what room you would like to clean first.

It could be the room with the most mess.

It could be the room that you love the most.

Stretch your arms and make your way to that room.

Become aware of the room that you're in.

Look around.

See all the things that you once wanted in that room.

At one time or another,

Every item was exciting to buy or exciting to receive.

Take a few seconds to absorb the energy of the room.

How different would your life be if you didn't have that room?

Now start cleaning and take pleasure and gratitude for the space that you created.

Enjoy this music as you clean.

If you wander off from the task at hand,

Just bring your awareness back to the music,

Back to the cleaning,

Back to this moment.

As you clean,

Be present,

Be there.

Don't allow a mess to frustrate you.

This is your space.

Clean your space with gratitude.

Immediately being grateful that you have somewhere to live,

Somewhere to sleep,

Somewhere to relax,

Somewhere to clean.

As you continue to clean,

Stay focused,

Stay present,

And stay in gratitude.

How are you doing?

It's coming together,

Huh?

Oh,

It's going to feel so good to have a fresh,

Clean space again.

It doesn't matter how the mess got there.

It doesn't matter who made it.

It just matters that it's your space.

Slow down a bit and look at your progress.

You don't have to stop cleaning,

But just slow down.

Now relax into the tune as you continue to clean.

Look around.

It's coming together.

It doesn't matter how it looked before.

Look at it now.

The same goes for your life.

It can be a mess,

But you can always slow down,

Tune in,

And clean up your space.

We are coming down to the last five minutes.

You don't have to clean up all the spaces,

All the messes,

But you need to be comfortable in your space.

That comfortability that you are creating in your space will flow over into your life.

The excitement you feel when things are in order is the same excitement you feel when your life is in order.

If you have a lot more cleaning to do,

I encourage you to replay this track.

But I also encourage you to know if you did enough today.

What is enough?

Enough is doing the best you can do in every moment.

Now I saved the last 30 seconds just for you.

Put down whatever is in your hand.

It can be a mop,

Vacuum,

A dish rag,

Maybe even a paper towel.

Just put it down.

Now dance.

Yes,

Dance.

For 30 seconds,

Be silly.

For 30 seconds,

Feel good.

Throw your arms up.

Kick your feet.

Shake your hips if you must.

You did that.

You got up and you cleaned up.

That is what you are doing in your life.

You are waking up and you are cleaning up and you are doing the best that you can do.

I'm sending you so much love and I will see you on your next cleanup day.

Trust me,

I'll be there with a mop and a bucket.

Namaste.
