Susie Hopkins

Susie has studied yoga, meditation and other wisdom traditions for 30+ yrs. Due to undiagnosed ADHD she suffered from anxiety & depression for decades before turning it all around. She now concentrates primarily on ADHD Coaching and teaches her clients present moment awareness practices in this context. She has completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training, received the Five Mindfulness Trainings from Thich Nhat Hanh, studied the Mindful Educator Essentials with Mindful Schools, completed Action & Commitment Therapy training and she is also a Registered Nurse & has a Masters in Public Health. Finally, Susie has completed an ADHD Professional certification course.

Wow, this was so, so, so effective! I felt like I was floating towards the end. I’ve been feeling really anxious lately with the stresses of being a toddler mom and the weather getting increasingly cold. This meditation really helped me relax. I will be practicing it again, thank you!
