Landing in this moment.

Landing in this time.

Feeling relaxed and at ease.

Breathing gently and calmly.

Feeling your body settling in.

Your shoulders relaxing.

Your back straight.

Feeling at ease yet still structured.

Breathing.

Feeling your chest moving with each inhale and exhale.

And thinking about how oxygen and blood travel through.

Giving your organs,

Muscles,

Your entire nervous system everything that it needs.

Thinking about how it just takes a simple moment to reset.

Everything in your day.

A pause,

A break,

A reset.

Feeling your body sinking even further into relaxation.

Feeling your breath lengthening and relax.

Taking a moment of gratitude.

Thinking about every function that your body needs to perform in order just to breathe.

Thinking about the muscles and joints involved just to walk.

Thinking about how strong our heart is to pump blood throughout our entire system.

Thinking about the miracle of birth.

Feeling deep gratitude for our planet.

The trees.

The soil.

Who share space with us.

Who have adapted their environments to welcome humans.

Our family and friends.

Our coworkers.

Acquaintances.

People we see at the grocery store.

Even the people who may trigger us.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for every single one of them.

Our places of employment or businesses.

The income that we receive and the education that we receive for spending our days doing what we love.

For the journey of life.

For the lessons that we learn.

For the lessons that we relearn.

For the loves that we have had.

The loves that we have lost.

Gratitude for our pets.

Gratitude for the complete love and devotion that they share with us.

Taking some breaths in and out.

Feeling our bodies.

Feeling our fingers and toes.

And refreshed to continue your day.

Taking three gentle breaths in and opening your eyes when you're ready.
