
Turn My Day Around | A Two-Minute Mood Reset
This brief tapping meditation helps you quickly shift out of a bad mood, release stress and tension, and reset your emotional state. In just a couple of minutes, you’ll be guided through a simple sequence to restore calm and shift into a better headspace. And with no long introduction or closing, it’s easy to hit replay if you feel you need to do another round or two of tapping to achieve a full reset. Note: this practice requires being familiar with the EFT tapping sequence.
