Hello,
Dear one.
Today my gift to you is breathing into a space of listening to your highest wisdom,
To your innermost wisdom,
To your essence,
To your soul,
Also called your intuition,
To God within you.
Please,
At this moment,
Do not allow any belief systems to stop you from coming into the space where you can find all of the answers to any question you might have.
Many times we ask ourselves a question and then doubt that we have the answers and keep on searching and searching and searching.
But the answer,
It is there.
The only thing to do is allow it to become clear to you.
So when you ask a question,
Release it and then know,
With no doubt whatsoever,
That the answer will arrive.
It will become clear to you.
Just stay in silence,
Stay present.
Do not allow the question or questions to confuse you,
To bring you into a space of noise where it is virtually impossible to realize the answer.
So I invite you now to close your eyes and take a deep,
Soft breath through your nose.
As you breathe,
Focus only on the breath and its path as it comes into your body,
Down into your belly,
And then naturally,
Softly goes out.
With each breath,
More of you remains present in your body in this now moment.
Inhale and exhale through your nose.
Focusing your attention on breathing down into your center,
Slightly below your navel.
Stay with your breath.
Allow your thoughts to float on the surface.
Feel the warmth,
The comfort,
The silence and the stillness of your breath bringing you into a space of wisdom,
Of presence.
Allow your breath to imbibe your presence into your body.
Allow your breath to imbibe your presence into your body.
Enjoying this peaceful moment.
Now first,
I invite you to bring all of the questions that are hanging out there,
Trying to find answers,
To come back home into this space of silence,
The peak of your essence in your center,
Where they can dissolve,
Bringing back all of the energy they have been using to find the answers,
Releasing you from the push and pull,
So that you can relax into your knowingness at this moment.
Feel the release and the surge of energy.
And now,
Ask the question,
The one that is most relevant to you at this moment.
And let it go.
Fall into trust.
Feel your wisdom.
Release any anxiety around knowing the answer.
Just stay.
And now stay in silence.
Breathing and allowing.
Whether you get your answer right now or not,
Know that it is becoming clear to you and it will be totally responded at any time from now on.
Allow yourself the gift of trust.
