Infuse the day with quiet, calm, and centering gratitude. The focus of this exercise is awareness of breath, grace, and gratitude while letting go of all those thoughts. Gentle guidance gives listeners a soothing opportunity to go inside, notice the pause between the breath and lean into that peaceful place where meditation easily takes you. Soft piano, strings and nature sounds gently play in the background and invite you to relax, let go and just be.

Receive grace now.

Just close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

Wherever you are,

Just settle in.

To a place of comfort inside you and let the rest go.

This is your moment.

These moments are like pearls of light.

Let you string together as you breathe in and exhale.

All that excess thought emptying and then pause.

That pause between your breath and breathe in again and out.

And there's that pause again.

Slowing the moments down just for a time.

Notice you get another one,

Another breath.

Fills up your lungs and your body with new life.

And exhale all the old thoughts that serve you no more and let go.

Notice your shoulders relaxing,

Your scalp relaxing,

Your eyes relaxing.

And imagine a drop of light coming in from the top of your head,

Into your head.

That grace.

It's becoming more conscious.

This moment,

This grace.

Breathe into it as you notice it now.

It continues.

Breathe in and out.

It travels through your body,

Through your brain,

Through your mind.

First lighting up your brain with pure light.

That right amount of light and continuing down through your brain stem,

Through your spinal cord.

Which feeds your entire body light.

You breathe it now,

In and out.

And just trust.

There is a power greater than yourself,

Greater than us.

You're managing these breaths,

That grace,

That healing,

That relaxation,

That relief.

Let it feed,

Feed your body,

Feed your mind and your brain right down to the cells,

The atoms of your being.

Deep breath in and out.

All the way down.

It continues as you are aware your shoulders are even more relaxed.

Down through your arms,

Through your torso,

Filling your entire chest and body with light now.

Receiving that grace.

Down through your hips and your legs and your knees,

Inside and out.

It just pours through you.

That liquid light,

That grace,

Each moment,

Each breath in this little rest stop fills you with more and more light,

Making it easier to do it.

Breathe with conscious awareness during your day.

And the light pours through your knees and down through your feet and ankles and out into the world.

In a deep breath.

That grace,

That relaxation,

That moment of letting go fills you up,

Fills you with renewal,

With possibility and with more capacity to greet the day with compassion,

Kindness,

Clarity and breath in,

Choosing that breath,

Thanking that breath and pausing.

Choosing to notice the next breath and how good it feels to exhale,

To be grateful for the moment as it feeds and nourishes everything.

Let that quiet in between place,

That pause between thoughts,

Deep and numb,

Healing and restoring this body to a place of joy,

Function,

Presence and healing.

Just letting it be,

Receiving that grace now in a breath.

There is a power greater than ourselves that made the sun rise today and whether it's cloudy in our field of vision or not,

The sun still shines above the clouds.

Let it pour its rays through you now,

Reminding you all is well.

Let go of all the thought and let that light fill up your mind,

Fill up your head with certainty,

Peace and relaxation beyond your wildest notions.

And another deep breath and exhale,

Imagining a safe button like you have on your computer.

Just hit that safe button,

Saving this program of relaxation,

Of grace and acceptance.

It's your computer,

That grace.

And as you do this,

It's a global command to relax and receive grace and rest.

Rest in the knowing that your higher power is loving and guiding you with each breath.

See that grace now,

That joy,

That breath.

And send gratitude out into the universe,

Into that grace itself,

Thanking it for resting upon your brow this day.

And another deep breath and out.

Let each moment be a thousand years of gratitude,

Of certainty that all is well and healing beyond your wildest dreams.

Deep breath.

Thankful for pausing in your day to breathe and exhale all those things you no longer need.

And noticing the joy,

The quiet,

The grace that lives inside you now.

It was always there.

And now your awareness of it is such a joy.

And one more breath in together.

Exhale.

We are together,

Never separate.

You're not alone.

All is well.

Just breathe into the moment and let go of all that other and be filled.

Grace now,

Filling,

It is a great day to be present and breathe.
