I want you to just lay down or sit in a quiet place.

Close your eyes.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your nose.

Try to get your breath deep into your belly.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Just follow along with me as I walk you through this session.

I thoroughly enjoyed this brief, yet highly effective breathwork practice. box breathing as a primer for transcendent breathwork exercises is helpful in calming the mind. I spend a good bit of my meditation practice *thinking* about what I want to do, or should be doing, very similar to my waking life. breathwork is a physical reminder to relinquish and renounce. it’s the art of seeking advice from a source of wisdom that doesn’t speak. grateful to have access to this ancient, inner knowledge, and the calm it exudes. πŸ˜ŒπŸ™πŸΎ

Very useful, I think I will use this breath work in the most stressful times at work, but it would be nice if the audio quality were a little better. To the others reading this, don't worry, it's still bery much enjoyable! Thank you
