This is a 15 minute energizing breast session.

It's a great way to get ready for the day.

It's also something that's nice to do before workouts.

I want you to lie on your back and close your eyes.

Just breathe in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

While we're doing this,

You might feel a host of sensations from tingling,

Euphoria,

You might get a little stressed and anxious.

It's all part of it.

If you ever get lost while we're doing this or it becomes a little too much,

Feel out of control,

Just return to normal breathing and jump back in with the cadences when you can.

Most of this breath work will be done nasal only,

Unless I say otherwise.

So just keep your eyes closed,

Breathing in through your nose.

Out through your nose.

Focusing on expanding your belly.

I want you to inhale for 3,

2,

1,

Hold.

Exhale,

Now we're going to take big deep breaths in through our nose,

Exhaling out through our nose.

Do really focus on driving the breath deep down into your belly.

Very big inhale in through your nose.

And exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep going on your own.

Big deep inhales,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the nose.

Trying to drive the inhales deep into your belly,

As far as you can,

Getting as much oxygen as you can into your system.

Big deep inhale in through your nose,

Exhale through the nose.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep going,

We're almost there.

Big deep inhales in through your nose,

Exhaling through your nose.

Keep going,

Just a little bit longer.

Give me one more big inhale.

Exhale and hold.

You release all the tension in your body,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your hands and your feet.

Just allow yourself to fall into the mat.

You have plenty of oxygen,

Keep holding.

Stay with me.

If you need to breathe,

You can always take a small sip of air,

But you have plenty of oxygen.

Keep holding it.

We're almost there.

Give me a few more seconds.

Give me a big inhale and hold.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale through the nose for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhaling through the nose for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

Inhale,

Five,

Four,

Exhale,

Five,

Inhale,

Two,

Inhale 5 4 3 2 1 and exhale 5 4 3 2 1.

Inhale 5 4 3 2 1 and exhale 5 4 3 2 1.

Now we're gonna take big,

Deep inhales as you inhale through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Big deep inhale into the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

In through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

In through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

Keep going.

Big deep inhales inhaling in through your nose,

Exhaling in through your mouth.

Big deep inhale through your nose,

Exhaling through your mouth.

Getting those inhales as deep as you can,

Trying to drive them all the way down to your feet.

As much oxygen as you can into your system,

Letting the exhales fall out.

Big deep inhale in through your nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Big deep inhale into the nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

Keep going,

Find your own pace.

We all have a different pace with our breath.

Our breath has a different voice.

Keep going,

Just a few more breaths.

Big deep inhales,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

We're almost there.

Keep going,

Just a few more breaths.

Give me one more big inhale,

Exhale,

And hold.

You might be feeling tingly now.

It's all part of the process as the blood gases change in your body.

It's all okay.

Just try to relax,

Let go of all the tension in your body.

From the top of your head down to the soles of your feet.

You have plenty of oxygen.

Stay with me.

Your brain is probably telling you you need to breathe right now,

But you don't need to breathe.

You have plenty of air.

Keep holding.

Keep holding.

Just let go of all the tension.

We're almost there.

Stay with me.

Just a little bit longer.

We're almost there.

Stay with me.

Just a little bit longer.

Take a big inhale and hold.

And exhale.

Inhale through the nose.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

Exhaling for six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Three,

Two,

And exhale,

Three,

Inhale,

And exhale,

Now we're going to take big deep breaths inhaling in through our mouth,

Exhaling through our mouth.

Big inhale through the mouth,

Exhale through the mouth.

Big deep inhale,

Inhaling through the mouth,

Exhaling through the mouth.

In through the mouth,

Exhale through the mouth.

Big deep inhales,

As big of inhales as you can get,

Really oxygenating your system.

Big deep inhale in through your mouth,

Exhaling through your mouth.

Inhaling into your belly,

Your chest,

And your head,

Letting go.

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your head,

Letting go.

Inhale through your belly,

Your chest,

Your head,

Letting go.

Trying to get as much oxygen as you can into your system,

Driving your inhales deep into your belly.

Big deep inhale into the mouth,

Exhale through the mouth.

Be powerful with your breath,

Be loud,

Find your voice with your breath,

Let it speak.

Big deep inhales into the mouth,

Exhaling through the mouth.

We're almost there,

Keep going.

Give me one more big inhale,

Exhale,

And hold.

Try to take your attention to the center of your forehead,

Just keep your focus there.

You might see shapes,

Colors bouncing around,

You might not see anything,

We're all a little different.

Just keep your focus there and relax every muscle in your body.

Relieve all the tension in your hands,

Your feet,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

And just be still.

You have plenty of oxygen.

You are in control,

You are in control of your life.

You have the power.

We're almost there,

Keep holding.

This is a great time to set an intention for the day.

Show gratitude,

Be gentle,

Be patient,

Be patient.

We're almost there,

Keep holding.

This is a great time to set an intention for the day,

Show gratitude,

Be grateful for your body,

Be grateful for your breath.

Visualize the oxygen running through your system.

We're almost there,

Keep holding.

Stay with me.

Give me an inhale and hold.

And exhale.

Now I want you to just breathe in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

Try breathing in for three to four seconds,

Exhaling for six to eight seconds.

Whatever it is,

Just double your exhale to your inhale.

Take a few breaths.

And open your eyes whenever you want.

Now go attack the day.

You have the power.
