Tina Langdok, PYT/AMT, has completed over 1000 hours of training. In 2015, she completed her studies with the Mindful Academy in Alicante Spain as an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Accredited Teacher. She has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 45 years and teaching yoga for 22 years. Her focus is on the therapeutic potential of yoga and mindfulness as a way to bring balance to our lives with regular practice. Tina regularly teaches in Kenya, Nicaragua, and Spain.
