Chelsie Moak

I am an intern therapist, a coach, a social and emotional leader, a mother, and long time meditation practitioner. A foundational, daily meditation practice has supported me in relationships, both internal and external, work satisfaction, productivity, as well as healing trauma in therapy through the internal family systems model. My hope is to share practices with you that can be incorporated into mini moments throughout your day. Although my main audience is folks in service, specifically those in service of youth and vulnerable communities, the guided meditation are accessible and inclusive for a range of folks in any walk of life and/or profession.

Really nice. I liked that we didn’t jump right into breath focus, but rather had some time focusing on the body to ground.
