This was lovely. Although I practise regularly it was a warm and gentle pace equally good for beginners or more experienced and I really relaxed with if. Just what I needed after a long day. Thank you

I struggled to completely relax because of one reason. Your Nidra script was soooo good that as a yoga teacher I had so so many moments where I thought: this sounds sooo good here, want to write down portions of it for my own classes. 🤭 Very good sesession. 🤍I am not very Nidra person but this was great. I loved that there were no unicorns or other elements that normally annoy me. This was grounding, simple and matched my mood well. Thank you 💛

I suffer from terrible insomnia. Whenever II wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep turning on this session it helps me settle back into sleep every time. I often fall back to sleep before the session is complete. I still wake up in a lot of pain, or feeling exhausted, but I am truly grateful for this tool and the relief it brings me. I hope with time this practice will not only help returning to sleep, but help bring a better overall quality of rest.
