Ground your tailbone into the earth.
Drop that cord deep into the earth's center.
Allow it to support you on your journey.
Through that cord,
Release two electrical currents from your body.
Plug yourself into the energy underneath you.

Allow your stomach to fill with air.
Your breath is your essence.
It's what makes you feel alive.

Keep pulling your breath all the way down to your core.

Are all the muscles smooth and supple?
Bring your attention up to your calves.

Are you holding tension anywhere in your lower body?
Shift to your quads,

Your hips.
We hold so much in our hips as women.
Let it go on your breath.
Let it go.
Inhale and exhale.
Bring it up to your stomach,
Your core.
Are you lit up right now?
Are you excited to be alive?
Bring it up to your heart chakra.
Are you in the vibration of love?
Are you feeling it right now surrounding your body?
Take your attention to your shoulders.
Drop them down your back.
Melt into the earth beneath you,
Whether it's the floor,
Your bed,
Or chair.
Melt into the ground beneath you.
Take your attention down your arms to your fingertips.
What do you feel?
It's smooth and easy.
Just relaxing.
Take them back up to your shoulders and to your neck.
Move your head in circles.
Let go of the weight of your head.
Allow your neck to release and relax.
Take it into your face.
Smooth out the furrow on your forehead.
There's nothing to worry about now.
It's all you and the earth.
Allow your forehead,
Your smile lines.
Allow them to relax and drift off.
Go back to your breath.

There's a path in front of you.
Where do you see your feet at?
What does the ground look like?
Is it rocky?
Is it in the forest,
On a beach,
In the mountains?
Where are you?
What's next to you?
Is it the ocean or the moon?
Trees or redwoods?
What can you smell?
Is it right after a thunderstorm or is it in spring when everything is blooming?
What do you hear?
Is it the waves rolling into the beach,
Crickets at night chirping?
Animals rustling?
Use all your senses.
How do you feel in this moment,
On this path?
Come into your heart.
Ask yourself a question of what you need to find at the end of your journey.
Allow that question to be filled in with your senses.
Can you taste it?
Can you feel it?
Can you hear it?
Can you speak it?
Allow it to fill your entire body.
Start going down your path.
Pay attention to what's around you.
Allow yourself to explore with touch and sight.
As you're walking,
You see a door in front of you.
It can be inside of a tree,
On top of the ocean,
Instead of a cloud.
What does your door look like?
Walk up to it and open the door.
As you walk through,
Close the door behind you.
You'll see steps in front of you now.
Allow yourself to walk down each step slowly.
Pay attention to what they look like.
Are they stoned like an old castle?
Or are they on a cliff,
Leaning down and down and down?
I'll count to five,
And by five you'll be at the bottom of the stairs.
One,
You keep walking.
Two,
Three,
Four,
You're almost there,
And five.
What do you see in front of you now?
Is it dark?
Is it lit?
Walk forward and explore.
What's around you?
What's your heart?
What do you need to see right now?
What does it smell like?
What does it feel like?
As you're exploring,
You see a bench in the distance.
Start walking over,
Allowing yourself to see anything that's coming out to you.
Is there an animal around you?
Or a plant?
Or so on?
Keep it in your mind's eye.
Remember it for later.
Keep walking towards the bench and you see someone sitting on it.
You can't quite recognize them yet.
Are there any flowers around?
What does the sky look like if there is one?
What color is the bench?
What is that person wearing you sitting on it?
You're getting closer and closer.
As you walk around the bench,
You start seeing who the person is.
You recognize them.
Who are they to you?
What do they represent?
Sit with them.
Ask them what they need to tell you.
Listen to what they have to say and ask any questions that you need.
What do you need to see right now?
What do you need to know?
What do you need to know?
What do you need to know?
Your conversation slowly comes to a close.
Say your goodbye to this person,
Whether it's a hug,
A kiss,
A smile,
A wave,
A touch.
Stand up from your bench and walk around,
Back in the direction you came from.
Notice that's what's around you.
Are the same plants,
The same animal,
The same colors surrounding you still?
How do you feel right now?
What does your voice need to say?
Keep walking towards those stairs.
Say goodbye to this beautiful space that you saw that presented itself to you.
You can come here anytime.
It's always here for you.
Know that it's inside of you whenever you need to come back to it.
Go back up those stairs.

You keep walking higher and higher.

Four.
You start seeing the door at the top of the stairs.
Five.
Put your hand in the doorknob.
Is it the same door as it was before?
Press it open.
As you walk through,
Close it behind you.
You're in your hallway again.
Is it the same as it was before,
Or is it changed?
Is it still a forest or an ocean or a mountain?
Notice the signs around you.
You're seeing them for a reason.
Walk through this space,
Back into your body.
Allow yourself to settle.
Feel your tailbone on the earth.
Are you still grounded into it?
Receiving that energy up into your body.
Take a deep breath.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
When you feel pleasant and wanting to,
