You came here with a purpose.

You came here to this planet and this lifetime because you chose to and you were meant to.

And here you are,

Caught up,

Probably in a million distractions,

A long to-do list,

A human doing instead of a human being,

And sometimes lost.

Not sure if you're living in alignment with yourself,

With your higher purpose,

With your soul's desires.

And that's okay.

That is the human experience.

We forget where we came from.

And that's okay too.

And this little audio is just here to remind you that there is more for you.

If you are brave enough to get out of your head and get out of your own way and stop controlling and forcing and pushing and come down back into the body and descend all the way down to your hips,

Your pelvic area,

Your womb,

And with a few breaths align yourself,

Letting go of anything that is not serving you right now,

Letting go of anybody's expectations of you,

And truly tuning in to you.

Your body is talking to you almost all of the time,

But we have forgotten to listen.

We have shut ourselves off because we needed to perform,

We needed to be someone or do something specific.

That is the human experience.

But you don't have to do that all the time.

You can create the moments of rest and peace and drop into the body and open your receptivity and touch upon your intuition.

She's inside of you.

On a very deep level,

She remembers who you are and what you're here to do.

Going back into the body on a daily basis as often as you can shows her that you care and that you are ready to hear her whispers.

Any practice that brings you into the body,

Whether it's guided meditations,

Yoga,

Mindfulness,

Breath work,

Deep connection with friends and sisters,

Any ritual,

Ceremony,

Moon practices,

Slowing down,

These are all things that you can do as sacred rituals.

Sacred rituals to come back to you,

To let the noise of the external world fade away and come back to what is truly important to you.

Who would you be if you would allow yourself to live from the body,

To live from the heart and the desires of your deepest you?

Who would you be without all the expectations,

The fear of judgments and the lack of belief that you have something truly special and unique to bring?

Because you do.

There is no one like you on this planet.

No one.

You came with your gifts.

We need your gifts.

And it would be really sad if the world could not see you in your truest you,

Fulfilled with all that you are and all that you have to bring.

So make an effort to let go of whatever this society,

Childhood,

Expectations of others,

Negative experiences and anything else has pasted on you.

Remove that layer by layer so you can come back to you.

Allow yourself to be who you are with your unique and important gifts.

If that's what you desire in this lifetime,

Take my hand and let's go.

Let's see what's out there for you.

Let's bring the softness back into our hearts.

Remove all the layers of protection.

You are safe.

You are brave.

And you are so special.

So don't let anybody hold you back.

Come find your truest you,

Your truth and live in that alignment of what's real and what's important to you.

Now place your hand on your heart and your womb and take a deep breath and receive that breath like somebody is pouring it into your lungs and sigh out anything that you don't need anymore.

Any protection,

Any judgment,

Anything,

Any fear.

Take another breath.

Receive that breath and let it out.

And trust that when your time is right,

You will step up and expand.

It's all inside of you.

All you need to do is listen.
