Traci began meditation and mindfulness in 2012. She's passionate about gratitude, self-compassion, sound healing and energy healing. She's a graduate of Plymouth State University where she studied Early Childhood Education and Psychology. She’s studied meditation & mindfulness with John Barnard, Lama Willa Miller, Lama Liz Monson, Jan Chozen Bays, and Megrette Fletcher. Traci recieved her Usui / Holy Fire Reiki Level I & 2 attunements in 2017 and her Meditation Practitioner / Teacher Certification in 2021.
