Hello and welcome.

We're going to start today by inviting the mindfulness bell.

And when we've completed our practice,

You'll hear the bell three more times.

So let's begin in a comfortable seated position.

Bring your attention to the sensation where your body connects with a chair beneath you.

And notice how your feet make contact with the floor.

Just try to relax into the seat.

Roll your shoulders up a bit and roll them back away from your ears and just drop them down a little bit.

Lengthen your spine.

Just find a comfortable position.

Not too relaxed but not too stiff.

When you're ready,

Gaze downward or close your eyes if you're comfortable.

Now I invite you to imagine that there's a beautiful white light surrounding your entire body.

As you inhale,

Draw the light into your body.

And as you exhale,

Breathe that bright white light out into the world.

Inhale love and exhale everything else.

Inhale love and exhale everything else.

Now I invite you to just sit for a few moments and notice your breath as it comes in and out of your body.
