Have you ever stopped and observed yourself?
Have you ever just stopped and just listened to everything that you've told yourself?
When was the last time you gave yourself a hug?
When was the last time you just simply congratulated yourself?
I know it's challenging.
Well,
If you've answered those questions and said yesterday or today,
First of all I want to congratulate you.
And the ones that think it's challenging,
Like me,
I just want you to become more aware of your words.
Your words have a lot of power,
So every time we say something to ourselves,
Because maybe we didn't get the job right,
Or maybe because we are comparing ourselves to someone else,
Or maybe because we're just looking in the mirror and we just have to say something negative,
Something that we don't like.
Just stop.
Observe those thoughts,
Because it's time for us to stop being so hard on ourselves,
Because it's time to give us,
Or to give our body,
Or to give ourselves some love.
It's time to stop judging,
Criticizing everything about our body,
About our personality,
About the way we did something.
So today,
In this short audio,
I just want to invite you to become more aware of your words and what you say to yourself.
And the next time you catch yourself observing yourself in the mirror and thinking something negative or something that you don't like,
Try saying something you do like.
So for example,
Instead of wow I'm fat,
Say wow I love my nose.
And instead of being so hard on yourself or maybe a job you didn't do,
Like a hundred percent correct or something went wrong,
Congratulate yourself,
Because you tried,
You didn't.
And the next time you find yourself criticizing or judging or just saying hey I wish I had her body,
Say well I love her body and I love mind,
Because it's time to love your body,
To love yourself.
It's time to stop saying those negative things,
Like I can't do it,
I'm not worth it,
It will never happen,
I'll never have that.
No,
You will.
You can do it.
I know you can.
And remember that everybody's different,
So you cannot compare somebody else's body with yours or the way someone else did something with the way you do something,
Because it's different and everybody does it in their own unique way and talented way,
In the best way possible.
I know you can do it.
Remember to become more mindful of your words and I challenge you to say something beautiful about yourself every single day.
