So I invite you to close your eyes and place a hand on your heart.
Just push in on your chest a little bit and feel the weight,
The heaviness,
The pressure.
As you take a deep breath in,
Fully filling up.
And then as you breathe out,
Making a sound as you let go of what's been holding,
Clinging here in your heart.
And bringing your hand down to your belly.
And as you breathe in now,
Breathe in to your hand and your belly,
Letting yourself fill up more fully with air.
Getting a little bit deeper,
Letting go a little bit more.
We often think that we will find ourselves somewhere,
Somewhere outside of us.
Somewhere in the future,
We'll finally be good enough.
We'll finally be perfect.
We'll finally have the body we want,
The career,
The money,
Whatever it is.
We're constantly yearning and striving to be,
Do or have more.
But in this moment,
In this very breath,
You're enough.
Your true nature,
The goodness that you are,
Is shining out.
So give yourself permission as we listen to the chimes to tap in to presence.
Letting the thoughts that arise come and go without judgment.
And just feeling yourself arriving more deeply into this present moment where your true nature resides.
Anchoring your awareness on your breath,
Or perhaps anchoring your awareness on a sense of loving kindness.
Just simply allowing spaciousness,
Ease,
Presence to be here.
Recognizing when they leave,
Thoughts come where your body hurts,
Where your cat jumps on you.
Just recognizing that these are all opportunities to remember,
To come back to now,
To come further into presence.
Letting the thoughts that arise come and go without judgment.
Letting the thoughts that arise come and go without judgment.
Letting the thoughts that arise come and go without judgment.
Letting the thoughts that arise come and go without judgment.
I am the one who watches it all go by.
I am the one who watches it all go by.
I am the one who watches it all go by.
I am free.
Free.
To find the love that lives inside of me.
Oh yes,
I'm free.
I'm free to rest in love.
I am not my body.
I am not my mind.
I am the one who radiates the light.
I am free.
I am free to be loved.
I,
I,
I,
I am free.
I am free to know my nature.
As I breathe in.
And I breathe out.
I know beyond a shadow of doubt.
I,
I,
I,
I am free.
I am free.
I,
I,
I,
I am free to be.
To be the light.
The light of love shining inside my heart.
Righteating out from the dark.
I am love.
I am the light.
I,
I,
I,
I am free.
I am free.
I am free.
I am serenity.
I am free.
I am free.
I am free.
I am free.
Bringing your hand back to your heart.
Feeling the freedom that comes when you remember your true nature.
Not the mind,
And not the body.
Spirit.
The same essence of goodness that's inside of me is inside of you.
We can call it back.
And remember who we really are.
When we slow down.
And when we feel.
When we connect.
When we listen.
So we'll finish this meditation by embracing our true nature through a mindful hug.
Literally embracing.
So,
Embracing yourself.
Giving yourself a big hug.
Taking a few deep breaths.
Feeling so grateful for yourself.
For this practice.
