This meditation is an invitation to return to your body and to the present moment. When awareness moves into sensation, thinking naturally softens. You are guided to feel what is alive right now. Warmth, vibration, presence, subtle movement. Nothing to change, only to notice. Through gentle awareness and simple movement, you are invited to step out of the mind and back into the body. You may stand, shake, stretch, or simply sense your body while sitting. Even small movements help bring energy back into flow and restore a sense of ease. This practice supports grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation. You are encouraged to relax, smile, and enjoy the feeling of being embodied.
