This meditation is an invitation to return to your body and to the present moment. When awareness moves into sensation, thinking naturally softens. You are guided to feel what is alive right now. Warmth, vibration, presence, subtle movement. Nothing to change, only to notice. Through gentle awareness and simple movement, you are invited to step out of the mind and back into the body. You may stand, shake, stretch, or simply sense your body while sitting. Even small movements help bring energy back into flow and restore a sense of ease. This practice supports grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation. You are encouraged to relax, smile, and enjoy the feeling of being embodied. Returning to the body again and again helps anchor you in the here and now, creating stability and aliveness throughout your day. Come back to your body. Feel yourself alive. Transcript

Let's come back to the body.

Let's come back to the sensations in your body.

What is alive right now?

Feel it.

Any presence,

Vibrations,

Warmth?

Notice what is alive.

Be aware that when you feel,

You stop thinking.

So let's get out of the head and come back to your body.

More stimuli?

Stand up.

Shake a little.

Move your body.

It feels good,

Right?

Keep shaking a little more.

If it's not possible to shake or stand,

Just shake your body sitting.

If someone is looking at you,

They cannot figure out what you're doing.

Feel your body.

Relax it.

Have a little fun.

Smile.

Get out of your head.

Come back to your body again and again.

Feel your body alive.

Keep this feeling during the day.

Keep this feeling alive all the time.

Anchor yourself in your body.

In here and now.
