I’ve been trying to figure out how to work with my anger rather than let it consume and hurt me. I’ve used this twice now and it’s been very helpful. I do agree with another reviewer who disagreed with the “shoulds” at the end.. but I try to ignore that part.

This meditation really helped me feel my anger and look at my anger as an entity outside of my body. It was nice to sit with that entity and question reasons that I’m angry. This meditation helped give me clarity to move forward. I’m glad I listed to this and I feel more grounded and at peace now then before.

The message my spirit needed to read: “Be you. It’s okay.” I was surprised how positively I responded to such a basic visualization, thank you! I’m struggling with perfectionism/OCD, and visualizing erasing negative thoughts was just what I needed tonight. I thought it’d be too simple, too cookie cutter, and it was everything but that.
