You might have landed here today because you feel frustrated about your body.
You just feel so uncomfortable in your own skin and no matter what you try you just can't seem to escape the uncomfortable feeling of the way you look.
There might be a certain sense of shame or comparison and today we are just really going to get into a space of accepting this body,
Building positive body image and allowing yourself to just relax into the moment.
So find a comfortable space,
Allow the body to just relax into a meditative sitting position or lying down.
Gently taking a beautiful deep cleansing breath in and allow the eyes to close down as we step into a space of relaxation.
Just deeply inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Allow the body to find that inner sense of quiet.
Observe your breath as if you're standing from the outside.
Just take a moment here to stand in awe of your body regardless of its shape,
Size,
Sex,
Gender,
Color.
Your body is amazing and beautiful.
It is a gift,
Just such an amazing piece of machinery actually that most people can't even comprehend or understand.
So from now on starting this very moment you start to see more of a positive image of your body.
Whether your body is exactly where you would like it to be or not.
Whether you look at yourself or think of your body image,
You will do it in a positive way.
Looking at your body in a positive manner will help you feel good about yourself and will help you continue to process towards the body image that you really want.
You no longer think bad thoughts or say negative thoughts about your body.
Your body is your temple.
It's your sacred positive property.
You own it and you want the best for it.
So from now on you think only positive thoughts and have positive feelings towards your body.
You are happy,
Confident and progressing towards making yourself the best that you can be.
Feel good about yourself.
You are in control and you are positive about your appearances and your image.
You are happy being in control and you feel confident being in control of your feelings about your body.
This is the first day of just starting that healing journey with your body.
Just allow the breath to even and synchronize with your intention of this positive body image.
Allow the mind to comprehend how special and amazing this body is.
Just take a moment here to be grateful.
Just take one part of the body.
Place your hand on that area and just say thank you.
Deeply allow your awareness to come back to the breath.
Taking this newfound gratitude for your body,
This newfound outlook on your body and the way it looks.
And we'll deepen into the breath and take this with you into the rest of the day.
