Hello and welcome to this guided moment of mindfulness meditation I invite you to find a comfortable seat.

You can even pause the audio to take your time ensuring that you feel supported finding a posture of relaxed awareness and once you're there go ahead and allow your eyes to close or you can soften the gaze if that's more comfortable.

Place a hand over your heart and a hand over your belly and just begin to notice the breath.

Notice the lift of your belly against the palm gentle rising of the chest.

Take note of the air as it enters your nose and how it feels when we tune into our breath our body automatically is able to soften we're able to be more present.

You can use this meditation anytime you find yourself in need of a little centering.

Perhaps you've had a hectic day and you just need a moment to notice your breath.

You can give yourself this gift of mindfulness of peace anytime staying here as long as you like tuning in to that gentle rise and fall of the breath like the tide of the ocean in and out.
