Welcome to the Forest Dream Serenity Meditation.
I'm Yin-Shang,
And today I will guide you through a relaxing meditation practice.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your feet planted firmly on the ground and your hands resting comfortably in your lap.
Allow your eyes to gently close and take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it out of your mouth.
As you settle into your breath,
Allow your mind to begin to quiet down.
Bring your attention to your body and feel the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your nose.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.
Feel the tension in your body melting away as you sink deeper into a state of calm and peace.
Now,
Bring your attention to the present moment.
Notice any sounds around you,
The feeling of the ground beneath you,
And the sensations in your body.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful and a serene environment,
Surrounded by nature.
See yourself standing in a beautiful forest,
Surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery.
As you take in the beauty of this natural space,
Allow your mind to become more and more calm and quiet.
Allow yourself to let go of any worries or concerns and simply be in the present moment.
Now,
Visualize a small stream flowing nearby.
Imagine the sound of the water gently flowing over the rocks and feel a sense of peace and tranquility wash over you.
With each breath,
Imagine the cool,
Clean air flowing through your body and filling you with a sense of calm and relaxation.
Allow yourself to stay in this peaceful and calm state for as long as you like,
Breathing deeply and feeling your body become more and more relaxed with each passing moment.
Let's take 5 minutes to be present and focus on your breathing.
When you are ready to end your meditation,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it out of your mouth.
Gently open your eyes and take a moment to reorient yourself to your surroundings.
Remember to carry this sense of peace and calm with you throughout your day and return to this guided meditation as often as you like to find peace and tranquility in your daily life.
