Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable seat,
Your spot,
Your meditation place,
But don't overthink it.
You can sit on the floor,
Legs crossed or legs in front of you,
Or sit on a chair.
Just keep that spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked,
Eyes come closed.
Focusing on the breath,
Your natural breath here,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control.
Just in and out,
Nice and smooth,
In through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Smooth flowing like water,
Just in and out.
Just allowing yourself to settle,
Just like a pebble in the water,
Those ripples are slowly smoothing out,
And your body's starting to relax.
And feeling the breath start to smooth out,
Feeling the body settle,
And feeling the mind calm and settled,
And just allowing the mind to flow,
Flow,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control,
Just allowing the thoughts to flow in and allow the thoughts to flow out,
Being the observer.
And if any particular thought spirals you,
Takes you out of the moment,
Just bring your awareness back to the breath,
In and out,
Going with the flow.
And feeling the body relaxing,
Each breath you take,
Feeling that wave of relaxation deeper and deeper throughout the body.
And singing the mantra,
I am on the inhale,
And on the exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Let that go in.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
Inhale I am.
I am just noticing the body.
And noticing the breath.
And noticing the mind.
And noticing the body relaxed.
The breath relaxed.
And the mind relaxed.
Always knowing.
I am enough.
Starting to wiggle those fingers,
Wiggle the toes.
Starting to come out of the meditation.
Maybe rocking the head side to side.
Swaying the shoulders.
Opening the eyes whenever you are ready.
Hands come to heart center.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale side out,
Let it go.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale let it go side out.
I am enough.
