Welcome to your morning meditation.

Start by exhaling all and any stale air out.

Take a fresh new breath and find a comfortable seat.

Relax your mind.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Inhale,

Filling up your lungs intentionally and abundantly.

Exhale,

Letting go of tension in your body and face.

Just relax.

Allow your natural breath without doing,

Without changing.

Simply noticing it.

The natural inhale,

The natural exhale.

What would you like to invite into this day?

A feeling,

A word,

An intention.

Letting the next few moments be a powerful foundation for the rest of your day.

Taking one more slow breath in and a slow breath out.

Sealing in this meditation.

And gently,

When you are ready,

Opening up the eyes,

Grounded,

Present.
